Who Should Attend?

Supervisors and managers with responsibility for supervising lifting operations who have sufficient experience of the use of cranes to meet the requirements specified in British Standard 7121 Safe Use of Cranes. This course is aimed at people that already have site experience working as a slinger / signaller and want to progress onto the next level.

Accreditation

Candidates who successfully complete the 5 Days Crane Supervisor Lifting Operations CPCS A62 training course will be awarded a Red CPCS Crane Supervisor card, valid for two years. This card is a testament to their competence in crane supervision and lifting operations. To maintain their accreditation, candidates must complete an NVQ within the two-year period. Upon successful completion of the NVQ, they will qualify for a Blue CPCS card, which is valid for five years.
