Who Should Attend?

The IOSH Managing safely® course is aimed at managers and supervisors with health and safety responsibilities, but is equally valid for directors, senior officers and health and safety officers in low risk organisations.

Joining Instructions

All delegates must provide Photographic Identification before the course starts, and Lunch is provided, please let us know if you have any dietary requirements

Welcome to The Training Centre in Wimborne! Nestled in a charming town, this venue is easily accessible. To get here, simply take the A31 and exit towards Wimborne Minster. Follow the signs leading to the town centre, then turn onto Station Road. Keep going until you reach the lovely Riverside Park. Once you arrive, enjoy complimentary refreshments including tea, coffee, fruit, and biscuits. Lunch is also provided, so please let us know if you have any dietary requirements. We look forward to welcoming you for an enriching training experience!

Accreditation

The IOSH Managing Safely training course is accredited by the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health IOSH. Successful candidates will receive a nationally recognized certificate upon completion.

The course includes a 45-minute written paper with 20 multi-format questions, as well as a practical risk assessment project. These assessments are designed to evaluate delegates understanding of basic health and safety.

By attending and passing the IOSH Managing Safely training course, candidates will gain a valuable qualification that demonstrates their knowledge and skills in managing health and safety in the workplace. This certification can enhance their career prospects and help them to contribute to a safer and healthier working environment for themselves and their colleagues.

At the conclusion of the course, delegates are required to undertake a multi-format assessment and a short workplace based practical project. Delegates must complete their project and return it to us within 14 days of the course completion.. 1
